Go Get Your Child

Go Get Your Child Community Violence Prevention Coalition focuses on gang prevention, assist families in the process of reclaiming their children, and help gang members and victims of violence restart their lives.

As a backbone organization, the GGYC coordinates and strengthens violence prevention efforts across the Greater Portland area.

We do this by:

• Facilitating communication between member organizations

• Sharing knowledge and best practices

• Connecting local work with city, state, and national advocacy

• Promoting a public health approach to violence prevention

Through our role as a central hub, we maximize our collective impact and reach throughout the community.
